Refund policy

Returns 

We accept returns and exchanges processed within 14 days of receipt of your order. To accept a return, the products must be unused and with their original packaging.
To make a return, write to: info@stefaniaboschetti.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
The cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for items lost.
15 days after the of receipt of your order, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Returned products that are not in their original condition will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that your return has been received and that the refund has been approved or denied.

Damaged Products

Stefania Boschetti Paris is not responsible for breakages or damage occured during transport. Neither of the damages derived from an incorrect washing.
Please read the washing instructions carefully.
